Good luck in your interview! The HR part is not bad - just be yourself, be positive, and make sure you are enthusiastic. As for the sim, I did mine in the 767 fixed base sim as well. Up to the point, the largest a/c I had flown was the 737-800. The weirdest part of flying that thing is that it doesn't fly! You get no motion feedback which makes you overcorrect and exagerate your inputs (at least it did for me

). I believe that a huge key in the sim is NEVER GIVE UP. If you think that you busted a maneuver, put it behind you and keep going. There were times that I thought I had screwed the pooch, but kept going, never gave up, and I'm here now. So, what you may perceive as unsat may not be so in the eyes of the evaluator.
