So it doesn't apply to reserve pilots who don't fly the 62.5 hours a month? I hope not if in fact you guys are overstaffed and looking to hire more.
All reservists are considered full time with full benefits. It's just when you chose to drop yourself below the minimum required that you lose your benefits for that month. If the company dropped you below the requirement then you will retain everything seeing that we're pay protected.
