To all PHX commuters? Where do you people park? I've heard that there are a few different places people park at for around $50/month?

I talk to fasttrack on washington street, and they offer $50/month parking but you need to pay for 3 month in advance for new registers. I don't need to park there that long. I only need it for next month and maybe August. Any information will help.
