This may have already been mentioned....
However, first off, what is good for one isn't good for another. We at TSA are screwed with potentially 100 pilots furloughed because of this, while the Eagle guys are happy. No hard feelings at all to the Eagle guys, its just the way life works and we'll suck it up.
However, we operate 16 AA airplanes, with 10 gone soon, our AA operation will be about the same as our Airways operation. However, this may???? be a good thing because it loosens AA's grip on us as regards that 50 seat scope clause. Perhaps if we ditch AA flying, we can begin to get 70 seaters on the TSA side, merge seniority lists with GoJet (that will be a big cluster to arrange) and operate primarily as a United feeder. But, then again, if United goes TU, we're done.
