It's actually a TWA contract with a merger clause. When AA bought TWA, our contract was allowed to run it's course (which confuses a lot of Eagle guys who seem to think it's "their" flying but that's another story). If there was a performance issue (which there isn't) they could drop us that way. Or if AA goes into bankruptcy, they could drop us that way. The reason TSA is being dragged over the coals is because they have actual AMR aircraft that they're using. Our aircraft are either ours or part of a third party lease (the bank owns them). AMR can't just retire some of their airplanes and take some of ours to replace them because they're not their airframes and never were.

The common feeling is that both parties will part ways when the contract is up in 2013ish.
