Alaska Airlines has a stigma against all Horizon Employees almost like a big brother little brother complex. In addition they have used hiring at Alaska Airlines as a tool to threaten the Horizon Pilots. Lastly for every pilot Alaska Airlines hires from Horizon they have to en cure the expense to train two, one as the new AS hire and another to replace the Horizon vacancy. During the time I was at Horizon Alaska Airlines hired 4 from little brother and 80 from Skywest. I had to get out.
