I am a mil guy.. min time. I got a phone interview 6 weeks from application. All of the questions were forward and very personable. They figure you can fly a plane .. so the phone interview is looking for personality. I am still waiting to here one way or the other. They seem like a great company to work for so I hope for the Columbus tour, but just like UPS you only need so many pilots and right now you have your pick. If it doesn't work out I might look for "the number to that truck driving school"

Don't laugh ... my dad was a truck driver. There are many truck drivers out there pulling down 6 figures. You just have to be smart and know what side of the industry to get into.
