My point is that you might make incredible sum of money in aviation, but most likely will not. If you were to buy a home instead at least you would have a roof over your head and a growing asset to sell later. The odds are significantly against being able to earn back the price of training. Therefore aviation is becoming more of a working hobby and less of a real job. I you are on a
Life quest then by all means have at it. Perhaps you could become a street mime for retirement?
