Technically you are correct - however, remember that TSA furloughed TSA pilots and offered them positions at GoJets instead – a perfect way to circumvent union negotiations.
That's not even remotely true, that furlough was for not getting the CAL flying. TSA guys who jumped did so at their free will as it was their right to do so if they wanted, nobody was on strike. Same as quitting a regional for another one. And De727UPS it's not flame bait, what would you do if your fellow pilots were called scabs for no reason?
