I was interested in them a while back. They seem like a nice group of folks to work for. You start out in a Seneca, then move up to the Navajo, and then eventually the King Airs. (Or at least that's how it was explained to me.) They do a lot of trips throughout FL and the Bahammas. They pay hourly. (Their's "flight pay," and "sit pay." I'm not too sure about the rates though.
