Forgot to mention the thousands and thousands of times our much-maligned whiteys have gotten their damaged birds, crews and pax back safely on the ground. Lapses in judgment, breaches of air discipline, and fate's knack of piling-on to the inept/unprepared are as old as aviation. These insidious factors are not gender or race particular, and we can surely surmise that as female or minority pilots gain more exposure, they too, will be included on lists like your's. I can think of several already, but the sensibilities of some here are too easily offended.
