The good news is that the military almost never excludes enlisted from applying for warrant/commission programs due to their MOS, regardless of how critical it is.

If I were you, I'd try to hook up with an army helo guy who has recently done the warrant process. Find a mentor, either in person or online.

If your command has (or works with) an aviation det, start there.
