One judge says the land belongs to the City of San Diego, reversing a bone fide sale to the private party organization that runs it as the Soledad Korean War Memorial. The US Congress has ALREADY designated it a "National War Memorial", telling the National Park Service to take it over. The President has already signed the Congressional mandate.
The citizens of San Diego voted (76%) to turn the little plot of land the memorial sits on over the Federal Government. Some Leftist, 'activitist' judges have stopped the whole process. The group, which in actuality owns the land WANTS the Feds to take it into the National Park Service, thereby getting it away from the Leftie judges and making their stupid decisions moot. So the only ones pi$$ed off will be a disgusting atheist and the anti-American crowd.
