What's the contract language for the Delta agreement with pinnacle. When they tried to cancel, was it based off of performance in the last 3/6/9/12 months?

I'd be careful guys, after freedom, pinnacle(round 1), and xjet. It's NO secret that DL is looking to dumpdumpdump regional contracts. This could be a way to get you guys into a window where the time frame would be legal to say "hey this was bad yadda yadda", and otherwise finagle their way out of the agreement.
