A few questions about NetJets. On the pay chart for NetJets, it stops after 5 years for newly hired f/o’s, does that mean that once hired, you pretty much upgrade from the BE-400 and the DA-2000 after 5 years to bigger equipments? Would you be eligible for a f/o seat on the 737 after those 5yrs if there was an open bid or would you have to gain some more time in their heavier equipments? Also do you guys/ gals know anyone who is actually happy flying on reserve, even though they have a good seniority number?
