3. How many pilots will be furloughed?

We expect to furlough approximately 200 pilots, depending on attrition.

4. How many captains will be downgraded to first officers?

Approximately 100.

5. How many flight attendants will be furloughed?

We currently do not have plans to furlough any flight attendants. Based on current attrition rates, we expect our flight attendant staffing to right size itself by year end.

7. Are there any base closings?

Yes. Both CVG and CRP are being closed as crew bases. CVG will also be closed as a maintenance base.
