Sorry to disagree. When the Ds took control of Congress, they said they were going to change things. Well.. they did. Gas prices doubled, food prices have gone up considerably, unemployment is up and Harry said, "the war is lost". The only good news is Harry was wrong. But you can understand why the new mantra of "Change" from the same party causes me a bit of concern... and even more so when it offers no solutions and higher taxes.

And truth is until BOTH parties decide to work on solutions (not just campaign promises which have about as much chance of becoming reality as pig flying) and forgo partisan politics in the quest for more power it is only going to get more painful for the citizens. Of course, the politicians are insulated from the actual outcome of their actions. I doubt Chuckie lost any money in the collapse.
