I noticed today an Air Whiskey RJ on an unused taxiway in PVD with the beacon on and the flaps down, except however, the left inboard flap was either missing or retracted. Also, the left wing fairing was either removed or heavily damaged. I wasn't able to see it clearly, any one know what happened or what was going on?
