If you look at open time for ONT you'll see 5 FOs DH'ing to SDF to cover trips. Sure am glad we're properly staffed.
Problem is only going to get worse. I know of at least 3 FOs who were former SDFZ that became effective for ONT on July 13.
Problem is we will most likely never set foot in ONT since ANC 400 training will begin in early August.
And quite a few more ONT based FOs (like Archie Bunker) will be joining us in the schoolhouse.

I'm sure we ARE properly staffed. But the bottom 20 % in each seat isn't where they are supposed to be !
