Everything everybody has said is great advice. Just some food for thought. Aviation is a huge learning process. You will be forever learning in this industry. The day you stop learning, is the day you need to get the heck outa the cockpit. This doesn't mean you have to rattle your brains every night with reading, but keep it casual, and do it because you love it. Review your systems, and proceedures after you learn something --- don't cram, but space it out. I have only been in the industry for about 5 years, but it has helped me tremendously.
