Maybe I should cave in and vote yes to the company's 5% "raise" for me?? or just go totally against the RLA and stike on my own?

Maybe you, and about 10 other guys on here I can think of off the top of my head, need to stop basing your wealth of knowledge of other's airlines/efforts based on what 2 or 3 "company" people on an anonymous internet forum have to say or because you heard something from your sister's best friend's uncle's stepsister.
