The overnight airport camping trips are a thing of the past. If a layover is 4 hours or more, each crewmember gets a hotel room.

The Dash 8 folks have not been faced with vacation cancellations recently, as far as I know. On the CRJ side, vacations have been cancelled for over a year. There is no denying it, that's terrible. With the sad changes in the industry, it will probably be easier for MAG to find pilots and reach a more satisfactory staffing level.
