Unless you know someone very high up at NJI, they are more or less done hiring off the street. The official cut-off date is November I believe, but they already have all the applicants lined up for the few open slots between now and then. But hey, it's worth a shot, so give it a go!

As for the written exam, I remember being told in recurrent that they would be using a revolving question bank (a very large bank apparently), so no one will be getting the same test twice, at least not anytime soon. Good luck to all.
