I'm all for you guys... but lets put our chests down and be realistic.
How is PNCL in a bad position? 10 year contracts with both DL and NWA (both contracts have merger clauses that keeps the contracts intact). The contracts are cost plus contracts so we are not "directly" influenced by oil prices. Our company runs very "lean" which keeps costs much lower than most regionals, yet our on time and completion (overall) lands us on the top end of the list compared to every current DCI and airlink operator. O, and we have a good chunk of cash in the bank. Do we need a pilot contract- YES. I hope this doesn't become a bicker thread that gets locked but PNCL is in a good position, its up to mgmt to make this position "prosper".

O.. if you are going to come on here and bash ANYBODY you need to make sure you have facts lined up. I will never bash other carriers or pilots, but I WILL retort with the truth.
