Perfectly straight-forward question and all you get is affirmative action tangent crap. Congratulations. I interviewed 20 months ago or so and managed to get hired, so here's some tips:
Study up on the company (look at UPS.com) and its history and various current businesses. As you familiarize yourself generate some enthusiasm for the success of the organization, blah blah blah. They like enthusiasm in the interview.
Be honest about all the skeletons in your closet. They'll overlook a lot except dishonesty.
Know all the standard technical stuff. The sim portion is relatively straightforward. Hint: NEVER stop flying the sim no matter what happens! Something will probably happen that you didn't expect, most likely after many minutes of doing an excellent job. Do not freak out, just do the safe and prudent thing even if you have to go around and can't figure out what the hell just happened to your flawless ILS.
The interview itself is not an inquisition. It's a very pleasant process. Try to relax and be yourself. Wear a nice suit, sit up straight and be ready to discuss some stories about past emergencies, conflicts with superiors/subordinates and how you resolved them, etc.
Good luck on the interview!
