The housing unit apologized and said that those villas were at the lowest standard for EK. The person in HR said that they hadn't seen the villas before they received the photos and appologized for having offered them to the families. Apparently, EK rented them site unseen since they are in such a housing pinch. EK is now offering those to DECs and upgrading single CAPT.
