A good school for a regional pilot job is any FBO. NEVER spend 80 grand on a flight school. You'll be in dept to long! It's not worth it! It's your own hard work that will you get you a job, not some over priced flight school. I did the FBO thing, got a job flying the Grand Canyon, then got a job at SkyWest. Sure, some people go stright from CFIing to the regionals, however, I have zero dept. It's hard for people from DCA to say they have zero dept. Remember, what worked for me is not the only way or right way to do this. Look around, make some phone calls, and find out for yourself. Good Luck!
