I'll take the high road and provide some useful info.

2k hours is competitive. Don't expect to hire into an ATR capt. It has happened, just don't expect it. The caravan is a nice place to be. It depends on your mind set.

There are 2 types of pilots. Pilots with set routes and floaters. Bid a route, and get it, that's likely all you'll see. Become a floater, and you'll likely see every route sooner or later. Floaters have every 5th week off. Weekends are usually off. There are T-F schedules, M-F, M-Sat, but generally, weekends are off.

You'll only see your boss once every 3 years or so. You have to be independent and work without someone holding your hand.

Paychecks are NEVER late, and the company has NEVER had a layoff.

Yes, there are some quirks here, but over all, it is a good place to be.

There is NO FLOW THROUGH to FedEx!!!!!
Just so you know...
