i e-mailed faxed and snail mailed a million resumes with no luck and i see guys on aviation interviews with > 1000 hrs getting class dates. i live in philly sit right seat on a citation and have 2200tt 300+ multi and they just won't call!!!! Whats a poor pilot to do???
They were hiring extremely aggressively towards the end of last year, which is why they were hiring such low timers. Now, it would be tough to get an interview, they are only planning *maybe* a class a month of 8-10 people last I heard. I would say you just need to wait.

Also, make sure your cover letter/resume is well written, etc. In a more competitive environment, that's more important. You certainly have the flight time to qualifiy for a position there so my guess is that you'll be getting a call shortly.

And to quit college at 19 to go fly for a regional? Jeez. Hope he knows he won't ever have anymore fun in his life. Welcome to the working world! I suppose it would be worth it in the long run to get on at a company quicker, but still...

To give you an example of timing, I had about your time, was called 9 days after submitting my resume, interviewed 5 days later, and was in class 5 days after that. Like the above poster said, timing IS everything.
