I also saw an attrition rate of close to 100 pilots a month as a bad sign, large lawsuits yet to be determined as a bad sign and general apathy and malaise from many of the remaining pilot group not very appealing. SO, based on those factors (and others) I felt it would not be in my best interest to stay. If you stay and can make a difference, kudos. You've moved a mountain.
