Chances of getting the RJ right now are higher than the Dash but it dosent mean you cant get the Dash. As a matter of fact the last class had something like 20 people go to the Dash and the class that starts tommorow also has close to the same number. So BUR its not a 100% guarantee, dont come on here and throw out false information just because "its what you heard".
Actually I didn't hear anything, I was going by past knowledge, the Dash is generally senior they don't usually hire for the DASH. And if they just had 20 and another 20 then that's like 1/3 of the total pilots need for the Dash fleet. How much more new hires can they need? Where they are short is in IAD and ORD by the hundreds which if you go you will find out why.
