Actually the application still says it is a restriction but the only one Southwest will accept.
The question on the app says "Do you have an unrestricted B-737 Type Rating? (The only restriction SWA will accept is "B-737 CIRC. APCH. - VMC ONLY")"
Just talked to SWA and they said to answer yes to the question. She said they get a lot of questions on that subject and are in the process of changing the way the question is stated to avoid the confusion.
