You should go to the company that hires you first. If SW, then as a business decision you would most likely stay even if DAL offers.
If DAL first, go, then if SW offers, decide. However, from that business perspective (who has a more viable business plan, i.e. profitable over long haul) SW clearly wins. I won't cut on the fine, long term employees of DAL, but those short term managers suck the rest of the business dry.<ng>
SW would clearly be my choice. I only wanted to work for profitable flying companies. Reason it was Purple/Brown or SW. Too many of my DAL buds have been furloughed and scrogged a few times. All the luster and sheen went away.
