oh man you wouldn't believe how true this is. pinnacle has a pilot on a hiring board at a "major" airline. no need to name names but a captain i flew with a year or so ago simply said he had no chance in hell of getting a job there now since he treated that guy like crap as an fo. (and yes he treated me like crap to, so maybe one day i will have the pleasure of shoveling some of it back at him)...
