In the states, one can fly comercialy if you have it completely under control with medications. It really is a non issue.

How about for some of the "contract" flying? I know the airline you apply with gives you one of there own physicals before they hire you. How bout if you are on medication for elevated BP will you still pass their physical if your BP is normal with the meds??

I thought these med limits are ICAO acceptable. Figured they apply to Asian airlines too since they accept US ATP (ICAO ATP)
