This is not the norm for everyone. Some pay more and some pay less. 31,000 is way too much for these even at DCA. You went through a few months behind me so our costs should be similar...thankfully I did not pay that much.
DCA is now quoting 75K for Private-CFII plus their standard 20% suggested add on. So they are quoting 90K+ before 1 month or rent or 1 Sobiks Sub.
Oh i never said this was a solid number. I know it's more or less, mosta of my friends at DCA averaged 75K out at the end of the day, some paied more in one course and less then another. The final numbers always seems to be around the 70-80K range that's all. There are a few guys i know that did it in the 60-70K range but I don't know anyone that has done it in under 50K. When we went they quoted me 60K plus the 20%. So that ball park number is close. You still teaching at DCA? HAHA nice touch with the sub.
