Rose-colored smoke up my six is still smoke. If I played these kind of paycheck games with my employees I'd be sitting in jail.

But I'm sure you work for an airline that has cherubs throwing rose petals along your path as scantily-clad good looking flight attendants drape on your arms and passengers bow before you as you walk to your flight.
Really not sure where you were going with this but your bullet points just described the beloved airline you are looking to apply to, not "top tier" regionals.

Hey I'll be the first to admit my airline has its problems (they ALL do) but I haven't yet had a paycheck discrepancy, haven't lost any days off as a line holder that were part of my awarded line and so far haven't had a situation where a grievance was warranted.
