Read this interesting article yesterday in the Albuquerque Journal. (you have to watch a stupid ad to view it)

Basically, it says that in New Mexico you can be arrested for driving while intoxicated even if your blood-alcohol level is below .08. People are actually being convicted after blowing a .04. The law, as written in 1919, precludes anyone from driving if they are "impared to the slightest degree" by alcohol.
So heads up if you are in New Mexico. One drink could give the police all the ammunition they need to bust you for driving while intoxicated and derail your career.
