All I can say is, I've never heard so much whinning from a bunch of know-it-all pilot's in my 35 year career. You guy's are the one's who voted for the contract. You guy's are the one's who voted for the LOA. You guy's are the one's who flew draft and volunteer during negotiation. You guy's are the one's flying disputed pairing's because all you care about is the immediate gratification and screw what it does to the rest of the crew force. You guy's are the one's who don't step up to the plate and vote during the duration of the contract for the item's that need our attention. Get real. Quit whinning and live with it. We've done it to ourselve's. Vote these moron's that run this organization out and get people in there that really do care about their fellow crew-member's and not just the ability to get paid for dropped trip's.
Did you post this in the wrong thread? Not sure where you got all the "You guys" this and that from.
It is nice to rant once in a while but don't throw all of us under the train because we complain.
Many are doing their part to try and make this a better place to work. They:
1: Vote
2: Vote NO
3: Don't fly or condone flying disputed pairings
4: Didn't fly Draft or Volunterr during negotiations
Unfortunately, we have many that only care about themselves and opt for short term gratification vice long term gains!
