For that to have happened TSA guys would have had to be on strike. Gojet was formed to get around the AA scope so TSA could fly 70 seaters for United. It had nothing to do against pilots. TSA tried to keep the pilots happy by offering one list but pilots refused. Gojet is no different than Republic/ShuttleAmerica/Freedom it's an airline formed to get around 50 seat scope clauses. If there's anything wrong with that, then you might as well call all those other regional pilots scabs for flying mainline flying.
