Hey Captain America,

What am I missing here? You sit reserve, apparently commute, flew only 100 hours last year and earned $308,000 from UPS in a year?

I'll assume 80 hours guarantee a month on reserve= 960 hours of pay a year. Now if you aggressive reserve every single one of your 100 hours and assumed they never called you for a single trip all year, that's $308,000 divided by 1060 total hours which equals $290/hour for a 757 captain. And apparently a junior 757 captain since you have to sit reserve.

Assuming no aggressive reserve and 960 hours that's $320/hr.

I know they pay well, but hmmmm. Care to shed some light?
