As I have said time after time, it's not MY website. I was asked to write an perspectives article for Jetcareers. It's Doug's website. Check it out. jetcareers.com Lots of successful pilots have written about their paths to the career at the home page. There is the occasional misunderstanding about the link where folks criticize. But for each one of those I get five PM's thanking me for telling my story. Sorry it bothers you guys....

You owe me a dollar. My card has a pic of my plane on it and it says "free rides for kids brave enough to ask". Ever heard of the EAA Young Eagles program? Great fun.

Criticize? Is that what you call it? I call it debate. You know, that's where you give your opinion and I give mine. For example, Skyhigh has his opinion based on his experience. I have mine based on my experience. You don't want to allow debate just because it's the "leaving the career forum"? I don't think that's what APC is all about.

Family care. Sounds like a possible option for those thinking of leaving the career. I don't know much about it but it might be something worth looking into. Maybe CGdaddy would like to tell APC a bit more about how to leave flying and get into that biz.

Oh, and one more thing. I don't mean to brag about pay. Tony Montana said this:
