Well, since we're not currently running RJ (or EMB for that matter) classes it's truly hard to tell you any exact information. All I can say is that when we do start running RJ New Hire classes in......................oh...................say.. ...........2009+, anything can and will happen. We could end up with new flying which will add bases and shift pilots but more than likely we’ll be filling the small gaps between transitioning EMB FO’s and our future needs. That means you’ll probably end up in ORD for the better part of a year or more and you’ll be on reserve the entire time as well as once you transfer. In other words, if you want SLC or FAT CRJ the first chance you can get it then look forward to 1-2 years on reserve and a 3+ to 4 year upgrade (mainly due to the fact that you won’t fly much on reserve, therefore it will take you longer to build the min requirements for upgrade).
