Although I don't commute to MEM as I live there, When I was commuting out of it I used FedEx too. They can be an excellent backup as they have flights going all over the country.
As far as the Compass flights go, there is really NO way your getting bumped off one of our planes as we have 3 extra jumpseats. You would have to have 3 CMP guys senior to you on the same flight and it be full to get bumped. Almost impossible.
