Nothing wrong with being cynical, I am a pro at it, you just have to stay open to all sides at the same time. I am wondering where he gets the gravitas to cast some of his judgements on the rest of us. SOmehow I picture him more as the flight instructor dressing up like a "real pilot" and throwing the model plane in his avatar, then I do an old greybeard in the left seat of a heavy jet. I must be getting mellow with my own age
