A handful of Comair's 70 seat aircraft were given to ASA and look at what ASA pilots are paid compared to Comair. Comair has a cheaper operating cost and still lost the airframes.

Not trying to start a My Airline is Better Than Yours thread, but I am just trying to say that management is not going to pat you on the back given the state of the industry. Go into a TA with enough on the table prepared that even if they renig a bunch of it, that you still have enough left to provide you with a decent quality of life.
