If you want to be racist, then yes, there were black/Indian/latino guys, but they all spoke normal English. I haven't really seen many foreign guys in any of our bases, and I'm guessing this might be because MSP/DTW/MEM are kind of in the middle of the USA. Why don't you bid Memphis highspeeds if you want to only be around your "type" of people.
