your input has helped me organize my thoughts and strengthend my resolve to maintain my professionalism and deal with this situation appropriately. I will talk to the other pilots who have first hand knowledge of this captains behavior and ask them to back me when I take it to the Chief Pilot. Of course the fallout will most likely end up with my dismissal, but that is secondary to doing what is in the best interest of safety. At least I did my part to expose a lunitic, hopefully before he hurts someone or worse.
