Great info Glasspilot. Quick question: what is the probability as a newhire you would be assigned the Avanti vs. the Avanti II? I realize all new airplanes are Avanti IIs. Is it luck of the draw? Will pilots be cross-qualified at some point?
BTW, I was relieved when Avantair sold the Phenom 100s to Executive AirShares. I think Avantair will be much better off focusing on what they are good at - flying the P180s and growing that fleet. Why make it more complex?
