not many if any - unless they have some heavy jet time and international experience from the military or someplace else - have to put your time in the right seat if no international experience - also those of us who have been here at Omni for some time ( 10 years for myself ) do not consider this a stepping stone to somewhere else - we do not want those types
yes the pay could be better but hopefully it will improve but the company is making money - not alot of airlines can say that
